...and it begins

Today I was talking to a friend of mine and he was telling me that writing in a blog is not really any different than chatting via IM. This was in response to my saying that I wasn't sure I had anything to say :) So this is it, I guess. I do most of my cooking from scratch, but I came across a recipe for 'tater tot casserole', and even though the ingredients included cream of mushroom soup, i tried it out. Boy, am I glad I know how to cook real food. I cant even imagine how inedible it would have been had I added any salt like the recipe said to. I don't remember being so aware of my intestines since i stopped eating fast food. yech.
